Hello,

here is my question :

Got a witch, she got a familiar (and as every good witch that like to sleep peoples before they come near her with a torch she got a compsoniatus)

Now the familiar as the witch gain levels get his int boosted.

Is the familiar gaining skill points to spend with his int boost ?

Yep. Familiars have their own skills based off their own intelligence, though they do share skills with the master.

For each skill in which either the master or the familiar has ranks, use either the normal skill ranks for an animal of that type or the master's skill ranks, whichever is better. In either case, the familiar uses its own ability modifiers. Regardless of a familiar’s total skill modifiers, some skills may remain beyond the familiar’s ability to use. Familiars treat Acrobatics, Climb, Fly, Perception, Stealth, and Swim as class skills.

The bonus to intelligence also gives you retroactive skill points for past levels.

Permanent Bonuses: Ability bonuses with a duration greater than 1 day actually increase the relevant ability score after 24 hours. Modify all skills and statistics related to that ability. This might cause you to gain skill points, hit points, and other bonuses. These bonuses should be noted separately in case they are removed.

The quote above however shows the problem - even if they do gain skill points, they will always be treated as having the skill ranks of a normal animal of their type. In each situation that calls for a check, they get to use either those inherent ranks, or their master's ranks for each check (whichever is better.) Typically this means that the familiar's own bonuses will only come into play on skills that the master has no ranks in, and typically the modifier will be small.)

So it seems like what you'd want to do is put one point each into each of as many skills as possible.
