Axial dragon caster level

I cant seem to find any referance to what the caster level is for Axial Dragons (dm 321) do they get spells like all the other dragons?

Nope- like the other dragons in that issue, they're planar dragons- which normally only get spell-like abilities- CL is, as far as I remember, equal to age category- so 1 for wyrmlings, 12 for great wyrms.

Thanks seems odd that planar dragons wont be in touch with there dragonness enough to be arcane casters tho Im probably just gonna house rule that they do game is tomorow and I built the encounter expecting spells
