I have these two PDFs titled "Complete Dragon and Dungeon Magazine 3.5 - Feats, Flaws, and Fighting Styles" and "Complete Dragon Magazine 3.5 Arms and Equipment" by somebody who "[goes] by the name of EldritchHorror or some variation and sometimes can be found as Strider."
Does anybody know where I can find the others in the set? (I'm having some trouble finding them myself by Google.) There are supposed to be compilations for monsters, spells, and magic items, I think.

Not necessarily. Depending on how it was compiled, it could all be covered under the OGL.

WotC hosts a number of lists (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/lists) that is about as far as you can go without getting into questionably legal things.

No it can't. The OGL only covers portions of the DMG, PHB, MM1, UA, D&DG, ELH, and XPH. Everything outside of that is not covered by the OGL.

Oh, okay. I wasn't sure whether or not the magazines counted under that, so I guess never mind then.
