Long story short how does this work? There's an obvious disconnect between Ghostwalk (3.0 IIRC) and the MM/Libris Mortis (Updated 3.5) that...obviously means some stuff clash. The biggest one to note for Ghostwalk ghosts is that they can't take any ghost PrC from Libris Mortis as it requires the Undead subtype.

Any way to remedy this without homebrew or houseruling?

P.S. Any other good supplements for ghost-play?

If the only problem is acquiring the Undead type, you could always just become a necropolitan. That is, of course, unless becoming a Ghostwalk ghost overwrites your existing creature type...

Libris Mortis only has one ghost PrC anyways (Ephemeral Exemplar), I think - and even if a Ghostwalk ghost could qualify, they wouldn't get much- +3 turn resistance, +3 deflection AC, and Ghostly Grasp as a bonus feat at 3rd level. Hardly worth 3 class levels.
