I am currently playing a gestalt game and my character is a fighter barbarian level 13. I really enjoy all the feats I get as a fighter and I'm looking to increase them. My character is A half blue dragon half hill giant.

Psychic Warrior (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/classes/psychicWarrior.htm) gets bonus feats, which can be chosen from Fighter bonus feats or psionic feats.

The Feat Rogue (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm) variant from Unearthed Arcana allows you to trade your Sneak Attack progression for Fighter bonus feats (you can find the variant near the bottom of the page that I linked).

Finally, Unearthed Arcana has three Generic Classes (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/genericClasses.htm). Each of these has a bonus feat progression. However, it is advised that these classes should not be used in conjunction with standard character classes. Ask your DM about this option first, since it technically isn't allowed.

Which book would I find the psychic warrior in?

The Psychic Warrior is in the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

thank you so much for the information. The psywar is considered by many to be the strongest T3 by a decent margin; its main problem is staying power.

You can also take the martial wizard variant from Unearthed Arcana, which trades its normal feats for fighter feats. Plus you'll be a gish.

I might also suggest going chameleon 2 for the floating feat which you can change daily. There're a lot of abuses you can use with that.

The Samurai from Oriental Adventures also gets two feats in their first two levels. And of course Rangers do get some bonus feats early on, but they don't have much selection there.

Chameleons let you change one feat day by day, so you get access to all of them.

Monks grab a couple of feats for a 2-level dip.

Monks grab a couple of feats for a 2-level dip.

There's also a Monk variant that allows you to pick any Fighter bonus in place of the normal options. (By RAW, you don't need to meet the prerequisites for those feats, but that can get silly.)
