Here's your chassis:

Space 5ft.; Reach 5
SA , SQ Darkvision 60, Scent, Animal Companion, Nature Sense, Resist Natures lure, Trackless step, Wild Empathy, Wild Shape 2, Woodland Stride

ITEMS: Periapt of wisdom (+2) +2 Wis, +1 Hide Armor, Wand of Cure light wounds -, +1 Sickle,
I would either drop one feat (or add a flaw) for Natural Bond and give him a level 4 companion without penalties (leopards are pretty great) or skip the companion and use the SRD Druidic Avenger variant to gain barbarian rage and fast movement. Naturally you can/should adjust gear, spells, feats and skills to taste.

Also, he still has about 1300 GP of NPC WBL left. Use it if you like.

Enjoy.

EDIT: Kudos go to Dingle's Games NPC generator.

EDIT 2: Here's the Leopard if you want to go that route. I would drop Natural Spell (I don't really see this guy wild shaping with power like that) to add Natural Bond (+3 on effective druid level to get bonuses for companion, can't take effective druid level above character level; balances effective druid level penalty for picking a better companion.)
hp 45 (3d8+4d8+14), Animal Companion (6th-8th) CR 2 XP Neutral Medium Animal (Animal)
Init +5 Speed 40, climb 20ft. AC 20, Touch 15, flat footed 15 ( No Armour, Shield, none) (+5 Dex, +5 Natural)
Melee Base Attack 5 Grapple 9, Single Attack Bite +10 (1d8+4) Full Attack Bite +10 (1d8+4), 2 Claw +5 (1d3+2); Space 5ft.; Reach 5
SA Improved Grab If hit with bite gets a free grapple, Pounce on a charge gets a full attack including 2 rakes, Rake 1d3+1 +6 melee, SQ Bonus Tricks 3, Devotion (Ex) +4 morale bonus on Will saves against enchantment spells and effects., Link (Ex) +4 bonus on wild empathy and Handle Animal checks made on animal companion, Share Spells may have any spell casts on self also affect animal companion, Low-light Vision, Scent
Fort +7, Ref +10, Will +3,
Str 18, Dex 21, Con 15, Int 2, Wis 12, Chr 6
Skills Balance 13, Climb 12, Hide 9(Hide in undergrowth 13), Jump 12, Listen 8, Move Silently 9, Spot 8 Feats: Alertness, Evasion, Improved Natural Attack, Weapon Finesse; Languages

Don't forget to rake when he pounces. This guy would be a nice recipient of that Bull's Strength his boss has prepared since he can get so many attacks.
