Hiya. I am running Keep on the Shadowfell on Saturday (tomorrow!) for a real life game. I've looked over the adventure (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/h1.pdf) and a high-quality-looking fanmade errata / fix (http://web.comhem.se/mwester/Shadowfell/Documents/H1-H3_Orcus_Conversion.pdf)

I just wanted to see if anyone in the Playground has anything additional to say on the matter -- would you recommend a different 'fix,' running it as is, or something else entirely? Any gems of wisdom?

Haha, so the group ended up being two rogues,, a warlock, and a warden. Two gnomes, a halfling, and a dwarf -- so no one above 5 feet tall <3

We got through about a third of it, and so far so good. We play infrequently enough that pretty much any story will be enjoyed. That said, the module was quite successful so far.

I pared down several encounters, removing about half the kobold fights.
