Cast a touch Spell as Ray.. can i ???

A tittle reads..
can i cast a cure spell, or any other touch spell as ray???
is that possible???
im only interested if that's possible through feats alone...
no class or Pr.C. dips...

Reach Spell is a +2 Metamagic feat from Complete Divine that turns any spell with range [Touch] into a ray with range 30'.

The Hierophant PrC from the DMG also gives an ability to cast cure/inflict spells from afar...but the class really isn't worth it unless you've already got 20 levels or spellcasting, and you already need to be able to cast 7th-level spells to take the class.
