Cat Domain

Why does noone ever talk about the Cat Domain? It seems like a great choice to grab through Planar Touchstone, especially since the granted power stacks with the Luck Domain.

It's basically the exact same power as the Luck domain.

A lot of the other stuff is copy pasted from existing material (for example, Kitten's Cuteness is literally identical to Eagle's Splendor). But the Collar of Perpetual Attendance is very useful.
