So, about a year or two ago, I found a downloadable spell manager that was awesome. It allowed you to progress by class/level and choose which sources to include on your spell list. Unfortunately, I forgot to back up the program before restoring my computer, and now I can't remember what it was called. It was just a simple spell list generator, but it had pretty much all of the 3.5 source books available. Does anyone know where I can find the download or even what it was called? I've spent a good bit of time on google trying to find it again, but I haven't had any luck.

There is Spellforge (http://www.nzcomputers.net/heroforge/default35.asp) by the creators of Heroforge.

I saw that one, but it's excel based and doesn't run well in LibreOffice. The specific app that I'm looking for was in a window by window format that you progressed through and chose your class, level, ability scores, and which source books you wanted to use to compile the list. I just wish I could remember what it was called.

Have you tried spellgen? I don't have a link, but that sounds like it.

Perram's Spellbook? (http://www.thegm.org/perramsSpellbook.php)

The OP mentioned 3.5, so i guess it's not.
I'd like to see a piece of software like that myself, considering i'm not really satisfied with Spellgen (Unless someone knows a way to have the spells show the "raw" values instead of the actual values derived from your CL and stats).

I wish I could find it again because it really was the best spell book / spell list manager I have ever used. It even kept track of your DCs by level progression and ability mod. If I track it down, I'll post it so that everyone has access. All of the google-ing.
