Am I reading this class+feat combo correctly?

Stalker of Kharash FE:Evil + the Nemesis (Exalted) Feat = Be permanently aware of the exact location all evil entities within 60 feet?

I'd love an explanation either way of course. If it does work, what circumvents it? If it doesn't work, why?

Yes, it pretty much works that way. It is a supernatural ability, so an anti-magic field would thwart it of course. Note that you know their location, but if they are hidden or invisible they would still have concealment, if they are behind a wall they would still have cover, etc.

What if they have the "non-detectable alignment" class feature? Or a non-detection spell up?
