Ranged Warblade

I'm taking a ToB class and fighting ranged with it. My group is playing 3.P and I'm eyeing firearms with the idea to play more like a musketeer than a traditional medieval character.

Does anybody have any advice on how to build this?

While it can be done with just the book, I wanted to mention that there is this pretty cool homebrew ranged warblade variant (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8887672&postcount=11). It specifies bows, but that would be easy to ignore/change.

And for firearms, you could replace Desert Wind with Black Rain (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99529).
