Touch Attack Abilities and High BAB?

So spells like Chill Touch gives you +1 touches/CL, or the Walker in the Waste PrC from Sandstorm has the Desiccating Touch ability that can be used as much as the character wants.

If the character has multiple attacks via his BAB, can they use such touch attacks multiple times in a full round attack action?

Depends on the nature of the touch attack. It's important to bear in mind that using a spell-like or supernatural ability is a standard action unless otherwise noted in that ability's description.

Spells that allow multiple touches may be limited in the round they're cast by the casting of the spell to a single touch (check the specific spell's description) but if the spell persists into later rounds you can make one touch for each iterative.
