Lvl 1 Monk, human or elf...

1st)Can a monk use both flurry of blows and 2WF at the same round???
none of their description sais they'r standard or full round...
so... a monk initiating with FoB, and using TWF with 2 Sai..
will he get 4 attacks with -4 each????

2nd)If a monk using FoB, can he strike with his 1st attack an opponent
and with the 2nd attack initiate a trip or disarm? (or the other way around,
1st disarm or trip and then attack)

3rd)Can a monk using FoB, strike opponent 1 with 1st attack and opponent 2
with the second?? (providing that he can reach both)

4th)If 1,2,3 are true, can a monk with fob and twf, attempt to trip
4 adjusted foes???

lets work with these for now... another question may come to mind after
some or all of the above get answered. Thnx all :)

The answer to all of those questions is yes.

There are some conflicting theories about which weapons can be used in the combined FoB/TWF full-attack. This puts that point squarely in "ask your DM" territory.

These are otherwise all cear-cut cases. You can defintely do all of those things.

Edit: whoops. Eldariel is right. You'd only get three attacks to split up as you like amongst your enemies. Not 4.

Three. TWF only adds one off-hand attack; it doesn't double your attacks. So 3 attacks at -4; and yes, your To Hit is so awful it's basically always a terrible deal even without thinking about the feat tax or such.

Yeah, sure.

3.

Yes.

Fluffy of Blows = Full-Round Action.

Two-Weapon Fighting = Full-Round Action.

Fluffy of Blows and Two-Weapon Fighting = Full-Round Action.

Basically:
- If you make more than one attack it is a full-round action.
- You can only attack once pretty much ever* with a standard action.

*There are exceptions but they're exceedingly rare and none exist in the Player's Handbook.

You get to make a single attack at the end of a charge. You can make that attack a trip or disarm if you like.
