half-giant favoured soul

what do you think of my favoured soul half-giant (father was a pladin and mother a frost giant princess) i have a good back story for her.

Should work out, if you are going for the melee flavored soul. Ideally, you wouldn't be taking LA on a caster, and you would not be 2 BaB behind (LA + 3/4 BaB for 2 levels) as a melee, but your Strength should make up for it.

My suggestion would be to take a look at Primordial Giant template for the +4 int. I don't remember if it helps anything else important, or if it damage your Str, though.

Don't cast any spell with a save. Ever. Stick to buffs and healing.

I'm AFB right now, but there is an ACF that gives temporary hitpoints to the reciver of a buff cast by you, find it, take it, never look back.

That doesn't work. Half-Giants aren't literally half-human half-giant, they're the result of an extended psionic breeding program between humans and giants.
