I am interested in making a barbarian crusader, what feat/item would I need to take in order to use my maneuvers during rage?

If the maneuver doesn't require a skill check, or if it requires a skill you can use while raging, you don't need any special ability whatsoever; you can use the maneuver freely while raging.

Yes, but many of the white raven tactics require concentration checks etc, and I'd like to know what to take in order to still be able to use those while raging, or any ability/item like that not just my maneuvers.
