Best way for a Duskblade to get Haste

What's the best way to add Haste to a Duskbalde's spell list?

I'm looking for a way to add Haste prior to 13th level so he can qualify for Swiftblade. Extra Spell wouldn't be viable till 15th level and Arcane Disciple only allows one casting per day which doesn't qualify for the "uses all X level spell slots to cast Haste" prereq.

Maybe I'll have to Chaos Shuffle a feat at 13th level to get Extra Spell then..

Prestige bard would, and by more lenient reading, the feat "magical training" would as well. I think it's called magical training, anyway.

Didn't mean to say you didn't answer the question.

Ddidn't know he only wanted it to qualify for Swiftblade, but since most Swiftblade abilities key off casting Haste often, it still maybe a terribly limiting way to get into the class.
