So if a level 10 Druid takes a fleshraker as a compaion that is -3 , leaving it as a level 7 Druid companion.

Giving it 6th–8th +4 HD +4 Armor +2 Str 3 tricks


Would that qualify it for two feats or only one feat from the increased HD?

Creatures of all kinds get a feat for every 3HD that they have. Adding 4HD should give 2 more feats than the normal fleshraker.

Flesh ends at 8hd with druid bonus, so that means they only get one extra feat?

Yes, only one extra feat. Phelix didn't take into account the initial RHD.
