So my players have just acquired an airship from House Lyrandar and are running shipments all across Khoivaire and a fre to Stormreach. What I want to do is have some air pirates like from the old Disney show TaleSpin start to attack them. I would like some help in statting out out their leader the formidable Don Karnage.
My PC's are level 8. Pretty much anything by WOTC is allowed. I was thinking Don Karnage would be like 12th level or so
