Warforged Tiefling?

One of the player in my group wants to play a Tiefling with Warforged parts. I'm not DM but ours wasn't 100% so I figured I'd ask. It's a mid power level campaign starting at 1st Level.

Tiefling has LA +1, unless you use Lesser Tiefling from PGtF. That gets you tiefling at level 1.

Warforged parts that can be grafted on can be found in FoE, but even the cheapest ones are beyond 1st level WBL, so a special deal of some sort has to be struck.

Some templates might also work, but again, LA is an obstacle.

In addition, you could look at the PrC Renegade Mastermaker, which is an Artificer class that eventually has you turn into a Warforged-type character.

that takes a little longer to deploy, i think its Artificer 5/RMM 7 where you can embed components. but, then again, artificer 5/RMM 1 has a battlefist, which is on its way to being a warforged
