Is there a weapon that's slashing/piercing that gains a bonus to being stuck in a living enemy? or is harder than normal to remove?

harpoon (frost burn) if they fail a check dc based on dam it sticks in them slowing and other wise penalizing until they spend an action (that hurts them) to remove the weapon

There's an awesome weapon property in the Book of Vile Darkness called Fleshgrinding, where when you hit the enemy you can choose to leave it in, and it keeps doing damage as if you were wielding it.

Yeah I was going to use Flesh grinding property from the MIC.

So a Flesh grinding Harpoon would be the best option?

I vaguely recall the ritiik (sp?) might do this. No idea where it's found. :smalltongue:

Frostburn. It's got some kind of screwy mechanics, from what I recall.

What I am wanting to do with a fighter. Ill juss keep to the basics

Say I went first, and i am lvl 15. 3 attacks per round. I have x3 Harpoons of Fleshgrinding +1 with the quick draw Feat.

Can i spear all 3 poons and at the end of my attack phase i draw my normal weapon? and if so do i get 3poons at my max attack or at the normal 15/10/5 bonus

harpoon are ranged weapons some weapon properties are melee only.
throw weapons follow the normal rules for iterative attacks

So you cant jab with a harpoon?

If I changed the weapon to a melee slashing/pericing can this attack work? where for 5 rounds there is 3 objects dealing damage at the start of his/her turn

I believe this is also in MIC

Can you use a ranged weapon in melee yes with a penalty that does not change it from being a ranged weapon and if the the item enchantment is melee only your stuck.
Can you change it to a melee weapon? logically yes but in practice you would need to ask your dm to make a house rule for you.
