So I am looking at taking Versitile Fighter (Pg 53 Drow of the Underdark) and an Elven Thinblade (Races of the wild 165). Would the Elven Thinblade still apply to this feat? It says Rapier in the feat but since the Thinblade shares focus with the rapier I was curious what the general consensus would be?

RAW, no, not really. But logically, yeah, it should. I can't see any DM saying no.

No. By RAW, the Thinblade description explicitly lists what feats it will work with, and Verstatile Fighter is not one of them.

However, as a DM, I'd handwave this as a houserule, since the intent of the thinblade appears to be "treat this as if it were a rapier".
