So, brilliantgameologists and minmaxboards are both down, and that is unfortunately the only location of the Cost Reduction Handbook, which is wreaking havoc with my poor little mind.

The handbook there cites price reductions based on class/skill/alignment restrictions on crafting magic items in the DMG but I have not been able find it. Anyone know the page number?
