Do the two stack to overcome fire resistance 100%?

Searing Spell already overcomes fire resistance 100%.

^what Urpriest said. If you're thinking about full Fire Immunity and not just Resistance, than the answer is no- Silver Pyromancer's level 2 ability changes half the damage to non-elemental, and then Searing Spell ignores half immunity on the remaining damage that is still fire-typed. The end result is doing 75% of normal damage. (Same thing happens if you cast a Searing Spell Flame Strike.)

Silver Pyromancer level 5 gives you the ability to convert the entire spell to divine/non-elemental damage, which standard energy immunities do not apply to. However, such a spell is no longer a Fire spell, and will not benefit from other feats and class features that aid such spells.

No, they don't stack like that

Searing spell let your fire spell do 1/2 damage to fire immune creature, but it's still fire.

Silver pyro change the fire damage to a form of sacred damage, so the immunity does nothing.

So if you change half the damage of your spell to be sacred, that ignore immunity, the other half is still fire damage and you can use searing spell on it. But only half of that would ignore immunity.

So they don't stack to completely ignore immunity, but you can get 3/4 of the damage through.

Or just go silver pyro 5 and change all the damage to sacred and ignore immunity completely.
