[PF] Fighter Archetypes: Armor Master vs. Tower Shield Specialist

I was just wondering what people’s thoughts were for which of these two archetypes (Armor Master and Tower Shield Specialist) were better for a tower shield wielding tank; I feel like it’s Armor Master, but I’m not 100% sure and felt like getting some other people’s opinions.

Tower shield is the better of the two, but I can't be certain it would turn you into a walking tank. There may be some PrC somewhere to help with that bit.
