Illumian Krau sigil and meldshaping

Does this freaky thing increase a meldshaper's meldshaper level? My intuition says no, but I wanted to check if this has been clarified or errata'd.

The short answer is no; meldshaper level is only derived from your levels in a meldshaping class. So things like ease of dispelling your soulmelds will not be affected.

The longer answer is slightly more interesting. Some soulmelds grant you the use of an SLA, e.g. Blink Shirt gives you both Blink and Dimension Door. The base caster level of these effects is your meldshaper level, but they are still SLAs - therefore they will benefit from your sigil by RAW.
