So i have a question under Otiax it says that If your base attack bonus is high enough that you might be entitled to additional air blast attacks each round when you make a full attack. But it does not how you get these or what the attack bonus needs to be?

You always get iterative attacks at +6, +11, and +16 BAB. So it needs to be that high.

The Air Blast is basically just a very strange weapon.
