New features and url for monster builder (and search)

My monster builder has moved to http://dspeyer.dyndns.org/monster_builder.html and has various new features. The biggest of them is the ability to base your monster on an existing monster. To make this easier, the builder is now linked to from monster search, which has also moved (to http://dspeyer.dyndns.org/search.html) and has various improvements.
