Hello everyone...
I'm a litle confused on the magic items creation rules and costs.
When only 1 effect have to be in place i get it ok, it is when i want to add 2 effects on a single item.
Lets say i want an amulet or whatever that cast 2 spells, 3 times per day each.
Rules say that i have to multiply the lower item cost by 1.5 ..
But what is the lower item cost ?
Do i add this multiplied cost to the base cost of the 1st effect ?
Or do i can build a ring of feather fall with wish on it also just by paying 1500 golds ? (1000 for ring of FF *1.5) ?
I cant figure it and as they show one of the most complicated item as exemple i just cant figure it by trying to undo it.
