Dragony Themes?

One of my players is trying to find a good theme for his dragonborn scion of Arkhosia character, and we haven't found any good ones so far. (The other characters have themes and he doesn't want to be underpowered.)

The only books we have that contain themes are HotF and Into the Unknown. Do you know of any from those books or online (non-DDI) that could be reskinned suitably?

What does he want the theme to do? Are there any particular parts of his background he wants to polish using a theme?

His backstory is that his village was destroyed by a necromancer years ago, he was the only survivor due to an enormous bolt of lightning that fried all the undead. (Warlord|Cleric of Kord who uses Turn Undead at every opportunity.)

He said that he wanted "Diplomacy and Bluff and something dragony." Diplomacy and Bluff as the associated skills are easy enough to put in, but I haven't found any theme that could be considered very "dragony." The easiest to refluff so far has been Janissary, but it doesn't seem too useful for a Leader.
