Creating megaman

Wasn't there a piece of Homebrew which was essentially Iron Man: D&D edition? Magitech Templar or somethin'? Seems like it'd fit just as well for Megaman as Iron Man.

Assuming you're open to homebrew suggestions anyway - otherwise a I'd go with the Warforged Warlock/Paladin build above.
