Ok so Corset of Dire Witchcraft (pathfinder)

So I have one question really. Can this be enchanted further like armor? I don't really kn ow all the rules for item creation (which I'm looking up right now) so while I'm searching if I get the answer before I spend to much time... That would be great.

Considering the item is not an armor, it cannot be enchanted like one.
As a DM i would allow it to be upgraded like bracers of armor, since the item is pretty much a reslotted BoA with a minor additional bonus and a comparable cost.
