Weapon Enhancement: SKilled

I cant seem to find this enhancement. I remember it gave you proficiency with the weapon and granted full BAB with it. I plan on using it with a melee wizard.

Complete Arcane, +3 weapon ability. And its 3/4 BAB, not full.

Complete Arcane p 144, and it costs a +2 bonus. But otherwise Boci is correct.
