Reflexive Monstrous Shape [Shifter]
You let out the monstrous side of yourself quite easily in response to danger.
Prerequisites: Shifter
Benefits: Whenever you are dealt damage, you may take an immediate action to activate a daily use of your Shifting racial ability.
Special: This feat counts as if it were the ability to Rage for the purpose of prerequisites.

Shapechanger's Wrath [Shifter]
There is a terrible wrath that has been passed through your bloodline... It howls in response to any attempt to tame it.
Prerequisites: Shifter, Con 13, Rage or Frenzy
Benefits: Whenever you activate a daily usage of your Shifting ability, you may forgo all the normal benefits, except for the ability score increases, of your Shifting; if you do so, you are treated as if you were under the effects of Rage for the purpose of any feats or class features that you might have.
If you use your Shifting racial feature in this manner, you may activate your Shifting racial feature a second time, but may not take the option of forgoing the normal benefits of your Shifting twice.
Special: Upon taking this feat, any feats that you have that have the ability to Rage as a prerequisite, and any such feats that you might take in the future, count as if they were [Shifter] feats for all purposes.

Heart-Eating Werewolf [Shifter]
In some old legends, shapechangers gained more forms by devouring hearts; you show that there is some truth in old wive's-tales.
Prerequisites: Shifter, Wis 13, 3rd level
Benefit: As a full-round action, you may eat the heart of any humanoid or animal within of Small, Medium or Large size; if you do, you add that creature's appearance to your "heart library"; you may have a number of creatures in your Heart Library equal to your Wisdom modifier. If you would add another creature to your Heart Library beyond that limit, you may choose to discard a single form of your choice; temporary bonuses to your Wisdom modifier do not modify the number of creatures that you have in your Heart Library.
You may, by spending a daily use of your Shifting racial ability as a Standard action, affect yourself as if by a Disguise Self effect, except that the alteration in appearance is an actual physical change, it cannot duplicate clothing, and the form taken must be that of a creature in your Heart Library, even if that form would not normally be within the ability of the Disguise Self spell to duplicate. While under the effects of any Disguise Self effect, you take no penalty to your Disguise checks due to trying to emulate a different gender or race.
Special: Your caster level for the purpose of the Disguise Self ability granted by this feat is equal to the number of [Shifter] feats that you have; if you chose a creature of a different size category than you, you do not gain that creature's size category as part of this effect, you instead merely appear to be at the maximum or minimum size for your size category.

Stealthy Other-Self Assumption [Shifter]
It is your nature to be in forms other than your natural form; if you could be said to have a natural form...
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf, Wis 15
Benefit: Whenever you activate your Shifting racial feature, you may use your Heart-Eating Werewolf feat as part of the same action, without expending an additional use of your Shifting ability. If you do so, the Disguise Self effect only lasts until the duration of your Shifting ability runs out. In addition, you may now add your bonus to Disguise checks granted by Heart-Eating Werewolf to Bluff checks and Forgery checks made to pretend to be a creature in your Heart Library.

Culture-Spanning Shapechanger [Shifter]
It would be a poor shape-shifter that is incapable of speaking to others, wouldn't it?
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf, Charisma 13, Wisdom 13
Benefit: You gain the Voice of the City (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a) ability, using your caster level for your Disguise Self effect as your class level for the purposes of your bonus; you may add your Disguise bonus from Heart-Eating Werewolf to your Voice of the City checks if you are attempting to communicate in a language that a creature in your Heart Library knows.

All-Senses Disguise [Shifter]
A novice might give themselves away with a chance sound or touch, but true masters can hide those insignificant details.
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf, Intelligence 13, Wisdom 13
Benefits: While under the effects of Heart-Eating Werewolf, your transformation is complete; you smell, taste, sound, and feel like whatever creature you are mimicking, preventing creatures that have other sensory abilities from discovering noticing any disparities.

Metaphysical Form Indulgence [Shifter]
Eating hearts is slightly crass; it is far better if you take a more... refined approach.
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf
Benefits: Each time you take this feat, you may select one of the following options; if you perform the actions specified, you may add a relevant creature to your Heart Library. Each time you take this feat, the number of creatures you may store in your Heart Library increases by one.
Clothing Makes the Man: You may add a creature's form to your Heart Library by only wearing articles of clothing that belong to them for a full 24 hour period.
Every Step You Take: You may add a creature's form to your Heart Library by watching them for a full 8 hours without interruption.
Curious Gourmet: You may select this ability more than once; each time, you may add another creature type to the list of creature types that you can eat to take their form. You may not select to consume Undead or Constructs.
Destruction is Consumption: You may now add mundane objects of Small, Medium, or Large size to your Heart Library by completely destroying them, down to the finest level of rubble that you can. As long as you are in the shape of an object, all of your movement speeds are reduced to 0', and you cannot speak.
Note: There should be more of these. I can't think of any at the moment.

Transcendent Skin-Thief
Sometimes, you can't tell if you are yourself, or if you are one of your "other forms"...
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf, one of All Senses Disguise, Stealthy Other-Self Assumption, or Culture-Spanning Shapechanger
Benefits: Your Caster Level for the purposes of your Heart-Eating Werewolf is equal to your character level. In addition, at the start of each day, you may choose to change your "natural shape" to that of a creature in your Heart Library; if you do so, your shape changes to that of that creature, you get any benefits that that creature might get for being quadrupedal, and you gain that creature's size category over the course of the day. That form becomes your "natural form" until you chose to take a different shape at a later point. The first time you change your natural form, you may add your original form to your Heart Library without it counting towards the maximum number of creatures you may have in your Heart Library.
Finally, any effect that attempts to detect your type detects the types and subtypes of whatever form that you are currently in due to Heart-Eating Werewolf; if you have a form with an alignment subtype, due to Metaphysical Form Indulgence, this benefit also extends to any effect that would detect your alignment.

Borrowed-Form Shifter [Shifter]
Whenever you "borrow" a form, you find far better uses for it than its original owner...
Prerequisites: Heart-Eating Werewolf, Extra Shifter Trait, 9th level
Benefits: Whenever you use your Shifting racial ability, you gain one of the following abilities based off of what shifter traits you have; you may only use one of the following at any given time.
Beasthide: You may use the Natural Armor bonus of any creature in your Heart Library in place of the normal benefits of this trait.
Longtooth: You may use the bite damage of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the normal damage for your bite attack.
Cliffwalk: You may use the climb speed of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the climb speed normally granted by Shifting.
Razorclaw: You may use the claw damage of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the normal damage for your claw attack.
Longstride: You may use the base land speed of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of your base land speed; this replaces the normal benefit of this trait.
Wildhunt: You may replace the Scent granted by this feat with any special sense that a creature in your Heart Library has.
Dreamsight: You may forgo the ability to speak to animals to instead gain the ability to speak and understand every language spoken by a creature in your Heart Library.
Gorebrute: You may use the gore damage of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the normal damage for your Gore attack.
Swiftwing: You may use the Fly speed and maneuverability of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the normal Fly speed granted by this trait.
Truedive: You may use the Swim speed of any creature in your Heart Library in the place of the normal Swim Speed granted by this trait.
Special: You may take this feat twice; the second time it is taken, you may alter the benefits of any two traits that you normally benefit from while Shifting.

Shifter Warrior [Shifter]
As a Shifter, you have a certain... fierce part of your nature, that is readily apparent to any creature that looks closely.
Prerequisites: Shifter, knowledge of at least one stance
Benefits: Whenever you activate your racial Shifting ability, you may change enter any stance you know as part of the same action. In addition, any natural weapons that you gain through Shifting are treated as if they were natural weapons for the purpose of any disciplines that you have access to.
Special: Upon taking this feat, the Martial Study and Martial Stance feats are treated as if they were Shifter Feats for all purposes.

Flawless Martial Form [Shifter]
As a Shifter, your response time is quite a bit higher than others would think...
Prerequisites: Shifter Warrior, Wis 13
Benefits: Whenever you activate your racial Shifting ability, you may recover one maneuver that you've expended during this encounter.

Endless Martial Trophy-Room [Shifter]
You have found another use for your massive memory of shapes.
Prerequisites: Flawless Martial Form, Heart-Eating Werewolf
Benefits: For each creature in your Heart Library, you may select a maneuver that you qualify for, which must be thematically related to that creature; each morning, after 8 hours of sleep, you may swap the maneuvers granted to you by Martial Study with any maneuver in your Heart Library.

Long-Runner Shifter [Shifter]
You have more fully accessed your lycanthropic heritage, and can stay in your alternate form for a longer period of time.
Prerequisites: Shifter, At least 6th Level
Benefit: When determining the duration of your Shifting, it lasts a number of rounds equal to your Constitution plus half of your character level; each Shifter feat you have adds two rounds to this duration.

Deceased Werewolf Form [Shifter]
Even though you've died, your mutagenic capabilities have not.
Prerequisites: Shifter, Undead type.
Benefit: The duration of your Shifting is based off of your Wisdom modifier instead of your Constitution modifier. In addition, you may expend a use of your Shifting racial ability to change your type back to humanoid for the normal duration of your Shift.
Special: If you have Metaphysical Form Indulgence, you may add Undead creatures to your Heart Library.

...So, anyone see any problems?

I tried to go a little bit of a different route with the Heart-Eating Werewolf stuff; namely, they can now take on more of an "Infiltrator" role.

And, yes, a Shifter could technically just turn into a chair all day erry day with the combo of Heart-Eating Werewolf, All-Senses Disguise, Metaphysical Form Indulgence (Destruction is Consumption), and Transcendent Skin-Thief; this is not a bug, it's a feature.

Also, Metaphysical Form Indulgence (Clothing Makes the Man) does support cross-dressing werefolk. Again, feature, not bug.

Either that means that my transferring of "wuxia werewolves who gain more forms by crossdressing/stalking people/destroying furniture" is either completely on the money, or people are just ashamed to be associated with this thread because of the oddness of the idea.

Whenever you activate your racial Shifting ability, you may change enter any stance you know as part of the same action. In addition, any natural weapons that you gain through Shifting are treated as if they were natural weapons for the purpose of any disciplines that you have access to.

The bolded part doesn't sound like it actually does anything. Did you mean they count as any preferred weapon from a discipline?

The beasthide borrowed form shifter ability looks like it could be quite profitable. Some critters have extremely high natural armor, and this lets it be used without losing your platemail and tower shield :P

I meant Discipline, yes...
