<1cr Insect Humanoids?

To avoid having to make a medium sized Insect humanoid with lower than 1cr, does anyone know of one that exists already?

In the psionic book, there are two race which may or may not fit:
Dromites and Thri-Kreen.

Dragon compendium has the Diopsid, they're medium-sized beetle people if I recall correctly

Totally forgot the psionic ones, but the Diopsid sounds perfect if of appropriate cr.

Does it have to be humanoid? Formians (ant people) or Grig (cricket people) might work.

Abeil (bee people, MMII) could also work. The Vassal is CR2, but on the flimsy side (only 1 HD).

Simplest answer would be to just take the stat block of an already-existing creature like the Kobold and refluff it to be an insect.

I was mainly looking for ideas for abilities that a humanoid insect would have. I was probably going to use the medium monstrous centipede if i didnt find anything, but the more options I have, the better.
