so he's allowed to use Dragon mags. and is pulling a lot from there.

he is doing the Harbinger Bard Variant. (ha!)

with Blasphemous Utterance + Sickening Sonata

his question is: when you use Sickening Sonata since it says "when you use Blasphemous Utterance" ... so if your familiar with these Feats can you let me know if the 2 effects from this bardic Music stack?
