What level adjustment would you give this? I'm looking for comparisons and arguments for it. Favored class would probably be swordsage given the stat modifiers.

Fly usually comes online around level 5, so +3-4 is where I'd start looking.

Stat Wise; they seem... Excessively high. Might want to double check your calculations. Otherwise, possibly another +4 right there.

By this stage, you're getting into stupid high territory, and Scent and 120ft Blindsight on top of that would see it pop out around +10, by a quick guess, so ECL 11-12, including RHD.

Bear in mind that by this stage, you 8+d8+(2*Con) HP is probably capped around 24-25, while even lowly wizard is rolling with 50 or so.

I would say at the very least LA +5... but more likely LA +7 or 8...

With these stats and abities it seems like it'd be excessively high and most likely not worth it.

It has to be +10 or more.

A balanced LA would probably be +5/+7
One in line with most LA races / templates would probably be around +9/+11 if not higher.
