I have a 13 year old player who wrote down his deity as "Tacos". He was knocked unconscious several times during the last session and I decided he was visited by his deity during his last bout of unconsciousness. This is what has become of him.

Chalupacabra is the Taco Deity and oversees the Taco Demi-plane. Time and gravity work normally there, but it's the terrain that's drastically different. At first glance the ground looks similar to rolling hills of white sand, but upon further inspection turn out to be endless stretches of flour tortilla shells. The sky is a permament dusk, with bloated floating clouds of cooked ground meats. When it rains in the Taco Demi-plane it rains grease. There are also a few creatures native to the Taco Demi-plane, such as Taco Beasts (large, horse sized tacos with legs and a face), Tacoflies (Tiny flying creatures who use their tortilla shells as wings), and Burritles (Small turtle like creatures who live in burritos).

The Tacodin must visit his church as frequently as he can. The priest of his church is often a man wearing a poncho and sombrero who runs a cart he wheels around town to serve the hungry masses. The Tacodin must wear a costume that fits over his armor in the shape a giant, happy taco. His shield is permanently emblazoned with a magical sign that reads "Eat at Jose's!" If the Taco drops his shield the sign vanishes and re-appears once they pick up any shield.

Thoughts and comments on how I can improve the class would be appreciated. I have a custom spell list if anyone is interested in seeing that too.

TACODIN
Through a select, worthy few shines the power of the Mexican Feast. Called Tacodins, these noble souls dedicate their swords and lives to the battle against hunger. Chefs, low-income business owners, and food-bringers, Tacodins seek not just to spread tacos but to embody the teachings of Chalupacabra. In pursuit of their lofty goals, they adhere to ironclad laws of morality and discipline. As reward for their tacosity, these holy champions are blessed with boons to aid them in their quests: powers to banish hunger, feed the innocent, and inspire the down trodden. Although their convictions might lead them into conflict with the very souls they would feed, Tacodins weather endless challenges of faith and hunger, risking their lives to do right and fighting to bring about a less hungry future.

Alignment: Lawful good.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Tacodin.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Tacodins are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor (heavy, medium, and light), and with shields (except tower shields). They are also proficient with all cooking utensils and can use them as impromptu weapons if caught unarmed.

Aura of Beef(Ex): The power of a Tacodin's aura of Beef(see the detect good spell) is equal to her Tacodin level. People who are close to the Tacodin can smell the roiling insides of a delicious taco whenever the Tacodin is near.

Detect Hunger(Sp): At will, a Tacodin can use detect hunger, as the spell, because he is so in tune with the natural hunger energies that are in constant flux around him. A Tacodin can, as a move action, concentrate on a single item or individual within 60 feet and determine if it is hungry, learning the strength of its hunger as if having studied it for 3 rounds. While focusing on one individual or object, the Tacodin does not detect hunger in any other object or individual within range.

Imbue Spiciness (Su): Once per day, a Tacodin can call out to the powers of Chalupacabra to aid her in her struggle against hunger. As a swift action, the Tacodin chooses one target within sight to make spicy. If this target is hungry, the Tacodin adds her Charisma bonus (if any) to her attack rolls and adds her Tacodin level to all damage rolls made against the target of her spiciness. If the target of imbue spiciness is an outsider with the hungry subtype, a hungry dragon, or an undead creature, the bonus to damage on the first successful attack increases to 2 points of damage per level the Tacodin possesses. Regardless of the target, induce spiciness attacks automatically bypass any DR the creature might possess.

In addition, while imbue spiciness is in effect, the Tacodin gains a deflection bonus equal to her Charisma modifier (if any) to her AC against attacks made by the target of the spiciness. If the Tacodin targets a creature that is not hungry, the spiciness is wasted with no effect.
The imbue spiciness effect remains until the target of the spiciness is dead or the next time the Tacodin rests and regains her uses of this ability. At 4th level, and at every three levels thereafter, the Tacodin may imbue spiciness one additional time per day, as indicated on Table: Tacodin, to a maximum of seven times per day at 19th level.

Chalupacabra Chimichanga Fiesta (Su): At 2nd level, a Tacodin gains a bonus equal to her Charisma bonus (if any) on all saving throws.

Feast of Tacos (Su): Beginning at 2nd level, a Tacodin can heal wounds (her own or those of others) by feeding the target a taco. Each day she can use this ability a number of times equal to 1/2 her Tacodin level plus her Charisma modifier. With one use of this ability, a Tacodin can heal 1d6 hit points of damage for every two Tacodin levels she possesses. Using this ability is a standard action, unless the Tacodin targets herself, in which case it is a swift action. Because everyone eats tacos with a fevered desperation BECAUSE THE TACOS CAN’T BE INSIDE OF YOU FAST ENOUGH this ability makes sense.

Alternatively, a Tacodin can use this healing power to deal damage to undead creatures, dealing 1d6 points of damage for every two levels the Tacodin possesses. Using Feast of Tacos in this way requires a successful melee touch attack and doesn't provoke an attack of opportunity. Undead do not receive a saving throw against this damage. The undead suffer damage from this ability because the Tacodin’s power reminds them of what it was once like to be alive and suffer from a normal, non-flesh based hunger.

Aura of Mustard Powder(Su): At 3rd level, a Tacodin is immune to fear (magical or otherwise). Each ally within 10 feet of her gains a +4 morale bonus on saving throws against fear effects. This ability functions only while the Tacodin is conscious, not if she is unconscious or dead. People in close proximity to the Tacodin are always considered under the effect of a constant craving for tacos.

Chalupacabra Never Gets Sick (Ex): At 3rd level, a Tacodin is immune to all diseases, including supernatural and magical diseases, including mummy rot. Chalupacabra often attributes this to his morning routines of 100 million squats every day when he wakes up in the morning.

Extra Special Taco Ingredients(Su): At 3rd level, and every three levels thereafter, a Tacodin can select one ingredient. Each ingredient adds an effect to the Tacodin's Feast of Tacos ability. Whenever the Tacodin uses Feast of Tacos to heal damage to one target, the target also receives the additional effects from all of the ingredients possessed by the Tacodin. An ingredient can remove a condition caused by a curse, disease, or poison without curing the affliction. Such conditions return after 1 hour unless the ingredient actually removes the affliction that causes the condition.

At 3rd level, the Tacodin can select from the following initial ingredients.

• Lettuce: The target is no longer fatigued.
• Cheese: The target is no longer shaken.
• Sour Cream: The target is no longer sickened.

At 6th level, a Tacodin adds the following ingredients to the list of those that can be selected.

• Jalapenos: The target is no longer dazed.
• Tomatoes: The Tacodin's lay on hands ability also acts as remove disease, using the Tacodin's level as the caster level.
• Cilantro: The target is no longer staggered, unless the target is at exactly 0 hit points.

At 9th level, a Tacodin adds the following ingredients to the list of those that can be selected.

• Black Beans: The Tacodin's lay on hands ability also acts as remove curse, using the Tacodin's level as the caster level.
• Refried Beans: The target is no longer exhausted. The Tacodin must have the Lettuce ingredient before selecting this ingredients.
• Onions: The target is no longer frightened. The Tacodin must have the Cheese ingredient before selecting this ingredients.
• Guacamole: The target is no longer nauseated. The Tacodin must have the Sour Cream ingredient before selecting this ingredient.
• Salsa: The Tacodin's lay on hands ability also acts as neutralize poison, using the Tacodin's level as the caster level.

At 12th level, a Tacodin adds the following ingredients to the list of those that can be selected.

• Little Tiny Tacos: The target is no longer blinded.
• Cupcakes: The target is no longer deafened.
• The Color Steve: The target is no longer paralyzed.
• The Comforts of Mother’s Embrace: The target is no longer stunned.

These abilities are cumulative. For example, a 12th-level Tacodin's Feast of Tacos ability heals 6d6 points of damage and might also cure fatigued and exhausted conditions as well as removing diseases and neutralizing poisons. Once a condition or spell effect is chosen, it can't be changed.

Channel Taco Energy (Su): When a Tacodin reaches 4th level, she gains the supernatural ability to channel Taco energy like a cleric. Using this ability consumes two uses of her Feast of Tacos ability. A Tacodin uses her level as her effective cleric level when channeling positive energy. This is a Charisma-based ability.

Spells: Beginning at 4th level, a Tacodin gains the ability to cast a small number of divine spells which are drawn from the Tacodin spell list presented in Spell Lists. A Tacodin must choose and prepare her spells in advance.

To prepare or cast a spell, a Tacodin must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a Tacodin's spell is 10 + the spell level + the Tacodin'sCharisma modifier.
Like other spellcasters, a Tacodin can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. Her base daily spell allotment is given on Table: Tacodin. In addition, she receives bonus spells per day if she has a high Charisma score (see Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells). When Table: Tacodin indicates that the Tacodin gets 0 spells per day of a given spell level, she gains only the bonus spells she would be entitled to based on her Charisma score for that spell level.

A Tacodin must spend 1 hour each day in quiet prayer and meditation to regain her daily allotment of spells. A Tacodin may prepare and cast any spell on the Tacodin spell list, provided that she can cast spells of that level, but she must choose which spells to prepare during her daily meditation.
Through 3rd level, a Tacodin has no caster level. At 4th level and higher, her caster level is equal to her Tacodin level – 3.

Burrito Bond (Sp): Upon reaching 5th level, a Tacodin forms a Burrito Bond with Chalupacabra This bond can take one of two forms. Once the form is chosen, it cannot be changed.

The first type of bond allows the Tacodin to enhance her weapon as a standard action by calling upon the aid of Chalupacabra for 1 minute per Tacodin level. When called, the Chalupacabra causes the weapon to shed light as a torch. At 5th level, Chalupacabra grants the weapon a +1 enhancement bonus. For every three levels beyond 5th, the weapon gains another +1 enhancement bonus, to a maximum of +6 at 20th level. These bonuses can be added to the weapon, stacking with existing weapon bonuses to a maximum of +5, or they can be used to add any of the following weapon properties: axiomatic, brilliant energy, defending, disruption, flaming, flaming burst, holy, keen, merciful, and speed. Adding these properties consumes an amount of bonus equal to the property's cost (see Table: Melee Weapon Special Abilities). These bonuses are added to any properties the weapon already has, but duplicate abilities do not stack. If the weapon is not magical, at least a +1 enhancement bonus must be added before any other properties can be added. The bonus and properties granted by Chalupacabra are determined when Chalupacabra is called and cannot be changed until Chalupacabra is called again. Chalupacabra imparts no bonuses if the weapon is held by anyone other than the Tacodin but resumes giving bonuses if returned to the Tacodin. These bonuses apply to only one end of a double weapon. A Tacodin can use this ability once per day at 5th level, and one additional time per day for every four levels beyond 5th, to a total of four times per day at 17th level.

If a weapon bonded with Chalupacabra is destroyed, the Tacodin loses the use of this ability for 30 days, or until she gains a level, whichever comes first. During this 30-day period, the Tacodin takes a –1 penalty on attack and weapon damage rolls.

The second type of bond allows a Tacodin to gain the service of an unusually intelligent, strong, and loyal TACO BEAST to serve her in her crusade against hunger. This mount is usually a heavy Taco Beast(for a Medium Tacodin) or a pony (for a Small Tacodin), although more exotic mounts, such as a boar, camel, or dog are also suitable. This mount functions as a druid's animal companion, using the Tacodin's level as her effective druid level. Bonded mounts have an Intelligence of at least 6.

Once per day, as a full-round action, a Tacodin may magically call her mount to her side. This ability is the equivalent of a spell of a level equal to one-third the Tacodin's level. The mount immediately appears adjacent to the Tacodin. A Tacodin can use this ability once per day at 5th level, and one additional time per day for every 4 levels thereafter, for a total of four times per day at 17th level.

At 11th level, the mount gains the celestial template and becomes a magical beast for the purposes of determining which spells affect it. At 15th level, a Tacodin's mount gains spell resistance equal to the Tacodin's level + 11.

Should the Tacodin's mount die, the Tacodin may not summon another mount for 30 days or until she gains a Tacodin level, whichever comes first. During this 30-day period, the Tacodin takes a –1 penalty on attack and weapon damage rolls.

Aura of Paprika(Su): At 8th level, a Tacodin is immune to charm spells and spell-like abilities. Each ally within 10 feet of her gains a +4 morale bonus on saving throws against charm effects.
This ability functions only while the Tacodin is conscious, not if she is unconscious or dead.

Aura of Chili Powder(Su): At 11th level, a Tacodin can expend two uses of her imbue spiciness ability to grant the ability to imbue spicinessl to all allies within 10 feet, using her bonuses. Allies must use this imbue spiciness ability by the start of the Tacodin's next turn and the bonuses last for 1 minute. Using this ability is a free action. Undead creatures gain no benefit from this ability, because they can never be hungry for Tacos.

Aura of Cayenne Pepper(Su): At 14th level, a Tacodin's weapons are treated as hungry-aligned for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction. Any attack made against an enemy within 10 feet of her is treated as hungry-aligned for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
This ability functions only while the Tacodin is conscious, not if she is unconscious or dead.

Aura of Chalupacabra’s Secret Ingredient (Su): At 17th level, a Tacodin gains DR 5/hungry and immunity to compulsion spells and spell-like abilities. Each ally within 10 feet of her gains a +4 morale bonus on saving throwsagainst compulsion effects.
This ability functions only while the Tacodin is conscious, not if she is unconscious or dead.

Taco King (Su): At 20th level, a Tacodin becomes a conduit for the power of Chalupacabra. Her DR increases to 10/hungry. Whenever she uses imbue spiciness and successfully strikes an hungry outsider, the outsider is also subject to a banishment, using her Tacodin level as the caster level (her weapon and holy symbol automatically count as objects that the subject hates). After the banishment effect and the damage from the attack is resolved, the spiciness immediately ends. In addition, whenever she channels taco energy or uses Feast of Tacos to heal a creature, she heals the maximum possible amount.

Code of Conduct: A Tacodin must be of lawful good alignment and loses all class features except proficiencies if she ever willingly decides not to serve a hungry person.

Additionally, a Tacodin's code requires that she respect legitimate food establishments, act with honor (not lying, not cheating, not using poison, and so forth), help those in hunger(provided they do not use the help for evil or chaotic ends), and punish those who harm or threaten innocents.

Ex-Tacodins
A Tacodin who ceases to be lawful good, who willfully commits an evil act, or who violates the code of conduct loses all Tacodin spells and class features (including the service of the Tacodin's mount, but not weapon, armor, and shield proficiencies). She may not progress any further in levels as a Tacodin. She regains her abilities and advancement potential if she atones for her violations (see the atonement spell description in Spell Lists), as appropriate.

In summation, I took the Paladin and wrote Taco all over it.

I love the cut/pasteness.

And this line, "Because everyone eats tacos with a fevered desperation BECAUSE THE TACOS CAN’T BE INSIDE OF YOU FAST ENOUGH this ability makes sense.
"
