The faith unswerving feat, which lets you make one melee attack if you go below 0 points as a immediate action. Does that let you use a crusader maneuver that can replenish your health when you hit something?

Most strikes are a standard action, in which case they cannot be used. In theory, you could take advantage of Martial Spirit to hit them and gain back a couple of hit points. But you cannot use standard actions, you can only use an "attack".
