...That isn't as bad as Mystic Theurge. Don't have access to outside sources/homebrew, it needs to be book material. I know a class exists because I read around here about how bad Theurge is for this, but I cannot remember the names of these classes for the life of me.

Oh, Arcane Hierophant is out, because he is a Half-Orc Cleric/Wizard. Thanks!

I know of no PF PrC (from Paizo or 3rd parties) that grants dual casting progression aside from the Mystic Theurge.

If you're asking about 3.5 PrCs, you may be well served by editing your post title to say [3.5/PF] instead of [PF]. That will attract people with a better command of 3.5 options.

Not practical, no, because he is not interested in "dipping". I'll take a look at the thread you linked. Thanks.
