Necromental in Pathfinder?

The D&D 3.5 Libiris Mortis has the Necromental template used to create undead elementals.

Is there a pathfinder equivalent?

Pathfinder is designed to be backwards compatible with 3.5. So if I really wanted to use it I would say "Yes. There is a Pathfinder equivilent. It can be found in the Libiris Mortis."
