Sorceror Build...

I'm looking for a good Sorceror build combining Lord of Uttercold and Black Lore of Moil. I was thinking about going Necropolitan, but not written in stone. Links to any previous discussions on this topic would be much appreciated.

Is Dragonlance allowed? Warmage gives +3/die per ConMod/day which helps a lot with blasting spells.

If not, you can really play into the cold theme. Frostburn can help a lot, but also Icemail Armor (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fw/20030323a) and Dragon Magic's Draconic Aura(energy[cold]) can give an additional +6 to your Save DCs.
