Okay, so, vecna-blooded, from MM5 is an oddball of a template, especially among the god-blooded templates. You get to keep your cloak of mystery ability even after you lose your template.

Cloak of mystery is the only ability you really care about. It makes you immune to all divination spells and lets you know the name, appearance, and location of who cast the spells to try to sniff you out.

cloak of mystery, however, is a supernatural ability.

My question is the following:

since you lose Su abilities in an AMF, does that mean that memory of your deeds and appearance immediately returns to the universe for the duration of your presence in the AMF? and then vanishes once more as soon as you're out?

Think it happens like this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbYxY1lgnqw)?

In a rules sense, yes. Fluffwise, it could be a bit like a psionic invisibility; you aren't invisible but noone is able to see you. While it is mechnically the same otherwise, it is down to you to explain how their mind was clouded.

It could be a decent plotpoint as well. Once every 10 years BBEG is suddenly available to be divined. Why?
