This is all theory, but I'm wondering if it is possible.

Let's say you are a skilled rider with Spring Attack. Is it possible to Fast Dismount (DC20), move, attack, move and Fast Mount? (DC 20)

Would the mount be allowed to move while you are Springing?

Or better yet, if the mount is intelligent, does it get its own turn? Like moving and attacking around on its own, with you on its back, while you pick off targets with Spring Attack when your turn comes.

You can't attempt a Fast Mount when you don't have a move action left. Strange but true.

That's a swift action, not a move. I'm not sure you can use Travel Devotion to get on or off a mount.

As far as Spring Attack goes... I'm not sure that works. When you finish using Spring Attack, you don't have a move action left to attempt the free mount. However, Person_Man had a Factotum trick that did this with Cunning Surge, I think.
