Hi everyone!

Is there any spell that gives ability damage that is available to a cleric?

Shivering Touch, Lesser and Shivering Touch do excellent DEX damage. Both spells are from Frostburn.

Moon Bolt does a stupid amount of Strength damage.

A few more ideas:

Lahm's Finger Darts is level-based, but develops into a better shivering touch.

Summon Undead 4 and 5 have ability draining and damaging incorporeals; they do well with metamagic.

Lolth's Touch is one of the better poisoning feats, and summons and domain spells are easy ways to acquire poisons.

Various curses can do this. You can also get lesser geas onto a cleric (e.g. Greater Anyspell/Limited Wish), which can penalize all abilities scores by up to 8 (but not below 1.)

Bestow curse "decreases" an ability score of your choice by 6.

+1. A Sudden Maximized Shivering touch will drop a staggering amount of otherwise tough critters.

Poison :
The poison deals 1d10 points of temporary Constitution damage immediately and another 1d10 points of temporary Constitution damage 1 minute later.

If their Con hits 0, they are dead.

Heartclutch, it doesn't drain abilities... you just rip their heart out. BoVD page 80. Why drain abilities when you can just go for the kill? Best part, it's NOT a touch spell.
The subject dies in 1d3 rounds, and only a heal, regenerate,
miracle, or wish spell will save it during this time.
The target is entitled to a Fortitude saving throw to survive the attack.
If the target succeeds at the save, it instead takes 3d6 points of damage +1 point per caster level from general damage to the chest and internal organs.
