Hi there... can an Artificer make that Infusion Ointment with the 1/3rd cost, with the various things like Apprentice Craftsman or Extraordinary Artisan or Magical Artisan applied to Extraordinary Artisan to lower the cost of the stuff?? Or is it something that can not be multiplied by the base components in such a manner? What is the stuff made of? Is this the same stuff that you use in nonmagic gear to make magic gear? What is the DC of Craft Alchemy to make the stuff? Does anyone know? Thanks!

It's basically a material component. If you find a way to make it cheaper, you need more of it to make the infusion work. There are no feats that apply except Eschew Material Component and Ignore Material Component. What the stuff is made of is not specified, neither is the DC - for the reason given above.
