Is a +1 sword magical for the purpose of over coming damage reduction?

+1 that comes from magic- yes (this includes magical +1 swords and magic weapon spells)

+1 that comes from the sword being master work- no. good craftsmanship does not equal magic.

Yes. Having a +(x) enhancement is basically the definition of what a magical weapon is.

Yes. (It's also magical for all other purposes).

Yes. "Some monsters are vulnerable to magic weapons. Any weapon with at least a +1 magical enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls overcomes the damage reduction of these monsters."

Curiously, it is possible to make a +1 weapon that is completely nonmagical, and thus will not do the trick (Masterwork + Baatorian Green Steel).

The referenced feat, however, does not provide this. It gives a +2 enhancement to the subject undead creatures' attack rolls and saving throws, so this doesn't qualify as 'magic weapons' for two reasons- it doesn't give the enhancement to both attack and damage, and it's a bonus to the creatures themselves and not their weapons. (Although the weapon and the creature may possibly be considered the same thing if they are using natural attacks.)

So it would become a masterwork sword in an AMF?

Magical swords are all masterwork swords (it's just that the +1 to-hit doesn't stack with the magical bonuses). So yes, in an AMF, they're just masterwork.

No. That is just an enhancement bonus. It is not magical.

Although all Magical Weapons provides Enhancement Bonus, not all Enhancement Bonuses are Magical Weapons.
