So am just dropping this off here, what old 3.0 prc's that did not make it to 3.5 do you love?

Oozemaster in Masters of the Wild. Weak but unique. You actually turn into an ooze! I like Thrall of Juiblex but IMO it does not feel like an ooze-related Prc.

I'm hoping oozemaster will become an Iron Chef SI someday.

Shiba Protector is pretty cool for a 1 lvl dip if you could get alertness and ironwill from the other sources than feats spent.

Ghostwalker and Master of Chains (Sword and Fist, IIRC).

Watch Detective and Deepwood Sniper from Masters of the Wild.

There is a tiny spot in my heart saved specifically for the Lasher PrC, despite all its failings.

Another vote for Peerless Archer. Always one of my favorites, and I've got Power Shot in feat form for my current campaign.

Disciple of Distar, or what ever that Vile Darkness PrC that gave you a crit range increase that stacked with improve crit was called.

Peerless Archer, 3.0 Incantatrix, and one of the Harper prestige classes (dang, it has been so long I forget which one I really liked - I want to say Harper Paragon?).

Dispater, yeah. Triples threat range of a weapon, stacks with improved critical. It kind of comes from left field, really. Personally, I think massive numbers changes for the probability of an effect the PrC is based around is appropriate and should have been done more. But it is strange because it is so disproportionately huge compared to other class features.

Planar Vanguard! (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20031219a) A psionic PrC that lets you turn your psicrystal into a living demiplane, with the same personality it had before. And it's pretty easy to convert too

Deepwood Sniper.
And though I wouldn't say I "Love" it, I do prefer the 3.0 Tempest, even if the prereq's are way steeper.
Acolyte of the Skin.
Blood Magus.

I'm awb at the moment so I don't know if the last 2 have 3.5 updates.

As an Archivist in my current game, a Hexer from Masters of the Wild is my current favourite; it makes Wizard and Sorcerer spells available to learn and cast.

Ah, gotta love the Shifter. Master of Many Forms is a nice update, but isn't really comparable to the original stuff.

I'm fond of some of the PrCs in Oriental adventures, particularly Tattooed Monk and Witch Hunter, and from BoVD (Life Drinker, Mortal Hunter, and Soul Eater).

I think the Fiend priest PrCs from BoVD were a nice idea, if you're playing a strongly Great Wheel related game. Not sure if most were actually really good, but I like the flavor.
