Starting Petal Stats and abilities

I was wondering if someone had the starting stat modifiers, abilities, LA, etc. handy for a Petal. Im afb at the moment and I'm wondering if it'll be viable for a build I'm doing.

I believe it's tiny fey, -8 Str, +10 Dex, +4 Con, +4 Int, +4 Wis, +8 Cha, DR 5/cold iron, Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat, and the ability to use lullaby as either an (Sp) or (Su). LA +2.
