Building A Tavern/Inn

My group has purchased an empty building. They want to build it to and tavern/inn with furniture and all. Is there somewhere I can find a list for the costs of such things. From chairs to tables, glasses to silverware, curtains to beds. Or else Im just going to have to google each item duration to make and slot it to the appropriate hireling.

I'd image a couple silver pieces for each piece of furniture. Maybe a gold if it was crafted by a master.

Off hand it depends on how nice they set the place up.

Cheep farmer hangout - 10gp for rough wood furniture and simple food.
Craftsman's bar - 100gp for nicer stuff, but still simple
Merchants inn - 500gp
lower nobility hot spot - 3000gp
Highest brow place in the land - 10000gp

Stonghold Builder's Guide has all the prices of furnishings for a workspace written out in it. this makes it about a third the cost to refit the building because the outer walls are already there.

i believe your average 2 story tavern would cost about 5k to outfit.
